Does life feel too difficult?
Are you struggling to make sense of your life experiences?
Do you find yourself making familiar choices that don't seem to get you where you want to be?
Does society feel unjust and unfair?

Are you a member of a socially marginalised community because of race, gender identity, chronic health problems and disability, gender or sexuality? Have you experienced or been threatened with hate based violence? Have you any concerns relating to these social issues?

Have you ever felt misunderstood in previous psychotherapy or counselling?

Could you benefit from an opportunity;
... to explore your thoughts and feelings?
... to gain insight, awareness and transformation?
